Allergywise has been making gluten-free bread in New Zealand since 2004, with one simple goal: to prove that gluten-free bread can be every bit as delicious, satisfying and versatile as conventional bread.
Today, Allergywise remains home to New Zealand’s only full-sized gluten-free loaf—made for proper sandwiches, generous toast, golden toasties and all the everyday things good bread should do.
Its extensive bakery range includes loaves, rolls, burger buns, pizza bases, garlic bread and breadcrumbs, giving gluten-free households more ways to enjoy the food they love. The range is Coeliac Certified, vegan and made without gluten, dairy, eggs or nuts.
