From your product idea to production
At Inclusive Foods, we work with brands, retailers and food businesses to bring products to market through partner, private-label and contract manufacturing.
Whether you have an established product that needs a new manufacturing home or you’re developing something from the ground up, our team works alongside you through each stage — from the first conversation through to commercial production.
01 — Let’s Talk
Tell us about your product, your business and what you’re looking to achieve. We’ll take the time to understand your requirements, manufacturing volumes and any technical or dietary considerations, and give you an honest assessment of how we can help.
02 — Product & Process Review
Once we understand the opportunity, we’ll gather the information we need to assess your product. This may include product samples, recipes or ingredient specifications, allergen information, packaging requirements and your existing manufacturing process.
Our technical and production team will use this information to determine the best approach and ensure your product is suited to our facilities and capabilities.
03 — Product Trials
Where required, we’ll run a production trial for your evaluation. Trial products can be packaged for your assessment or supplied in bulk, depending on your requirements.
04 — Refine & Finalise
We work collaboratively with you to make any necessary recipe, process or specification adjustments following the trial. We’ll also finalise packaging, production requirements, allergen requirements, volumes and pricing so everything is agreed before commercial production begins.
05 — Commercial Production
Once everything is approved, your product moves into full-scale production. Our experienced production team manages the process from start to finish, with rigorous quality and food-safety controls to ensure consistency batch after batch.
We keep communication clear throughout, providing transparency around production schedules, lead times and any issues that may arise.
A manufacturing partner you can trust
We believe good partnerships are built on open communication, confidentiality and doing what we say we’ll do.
Your product, recipe and formulation are treated as confidential. Where required, we’re happy to put a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place before sharing detailed product or formulation information.
